For me and my friend it takes a couple of seconds before the games shows up. Make sure you activated UPnP both in game and your/your friends router. if you want to play multiplayer you need to get up at 5:30am and set up your game. before anyone else is trying. seems the game doesnt have the capacity to support all the people who have purchased I know I'm late to the party here, but I stumbled upon this post on Google, and found an easier solution in case anyone else finds themselves here with a similar issue on Xbox: All I had to do was quit and restart the game.
